- Supply feeder insects with extra calcium, mineral or
vitamin complexes prior to feeding them to other animals
- Insects can be supplemented by gut loading
- Reptiles and amphibians should be supplemented by
feeding gut loaded or dusted insects
- Calcium supplementation should take place twice a week
for all animals and three times a week for gravid and/or
growing animals
- Calcium supplementation should be done in conjunction
with the correct UV lighting and/or adequate Vitamin D3
